Maybe you're wondering, how can a liquid waste service company really be all that amazing? First, the owner was super responsive with questions, a quote, and scheduled us for the very next day. Then, the technician that came (Kevin) was amazingly helpful both at cleaning out ejector pump, digging out our septic tank, and explaining how our system worked (bc we had no idea.) And THEN, he figured out one of our ejector pumps was disconnected, fixed it himself, figured out a motor was broken, went down and pulled a small piece of clothing out of the motor (!) thereby saving us thousands of dollars

Because you were recommended by the realtor selling our moms estate, we went with you. You came to our moms home, our childhood home that has been in our family for 55 years. Trinity is your definitely the right choice. I struggled to find something other "simply the best" just because i wanted to sound different. Having said that they really are the best and there is a reason why so many posts open with that. First off Jack has been in the game for over 20 years and know every play in the book. This is hopefully my final update on my dealings with Trinity. They feel I made false statements in my very unfavorable review. A standard service costs around $600, and I was shocked that the bill came in at over 4 times that amount. At the end of the day, the bill was largely justified because there was a very large accumulation of solid material (my fault for not adhering to a standard service schedule) and there was about a 15 foot rise from the backyard to the truck. The big problem was that nobody from the company bothered to talk with me beforehand about what the bill was going to be

I just called in on a Saturday because I could not find any information about the septic system on a new property, and there was some puddling on one of the leach fields. I called Trinity to see if they could come out to help me, honestly mostly to show me around my septic system, since I didn't know whether the tank was full or how to start draining to the other leach field. After I told him that the tank had been pumped just over one year ago, Jack suggested that I start by texting pictures of the system to him, after which he called me back and explained to me what each of the components

Awesome service, great team, professional, wide range of skills, knowledgeable, great problem-solver, goes over & above expectations!! Jack and his team saved our 81 unit, 50-year old condo building from disaster when our laundry sumps stopped working. He was able to locate parts for a very old system and was able to repair all of the issues that created the failure from the control panel to the rotted out tank to the rusted out pipes and floats! Jack is a great guy! As a recent homeowner I had no idea what type of waste disposal setup the property had. Jack was able to schedule his visit for 4 days after I called (amazing given how busy he is!) and completed the inspection and pumping in 2 hours (sadly that means I had to go into work that day). But I was thrilled that he discovered how the system operated and suggested the correct way to fix the problem he discovered (obstruction in pipe, & rerouting of other pipes). Jack was not pushy or pressuring me in any way to schedule these tasks, which I appreciate. I will be using his services

We had what we thought was an undisclosed, overflowing septic tank and called Jack for an estimate to get it pumped and back in good working order. He was able to give us a very clear, line by line estimate for services over the phone and his prices were fair. Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had. Septic system leachfield relocated in less than 3 days! We hired Jack and team for a leach field project, and were so satisfied, we hired him for two more projects on-site. Jack (owner of trinity waste) is a very knowledgeable and helpful professional that explained the septic systems in layman terms. We represented the buyers of a home in Sunol that was on septic. We called A1 septic first and they had many challenges completing the job. Jack came out and completed the tasks with no issues at all!! Trinity provided me with an estimate and then showed up on time to do the work. It took a little bit to find one of the systems as it hadn't been opened since the late 90s most likely.
Trinity let me know services I would need coming up in the next few years and what I could expect. One of the systems is really old and will likely need to be replaced but Trinity didn't push for a replacement just yet, they simply warned me that

I struggled to find a competent company to assess my septic system in a home I'd inherited. Regular plumbers seem to know little about the systems or who to call, and other highly rated septic services I spoke with were servicing other areas. I finally had one company come out that seemed a bit more knowledgeable, but all they did was poke a shovel to locate the septic, ran a snake to clear some roots, then left dejected and charged me $500. They didn't even leave me a proper marker for where they dug or provide me with a follow-up estimate.
