They are dishonest. They give me a code on the phone but when they did the job the charged me more.
They charge as much as they can to scrow customer.
I called the manager to dispute my bill. She was Rude and she told me with a bad attitude if you don't pay the bill I will send the it to collection department.

My rv black water tank had been clogged for over a week. ( I know, I know now to rinse when I dump) I called on Tuesday and Wednesday morning they were in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable workers. If I ever have a issue like this I would definitely call this company. Great group of people. I am very pleased.

Caution- check the prices of other services before going with this company. This was our first time having a septic tank pumped and admittedly we were naive. It happened on a Sunday so we expected a higher rate. For 1 1/4 hours of service we paid $2430!! We didn't realize at the time that we had been ripped off until just this week when the exact same problem happened again, just four months after the pumping. We called around other companies and I consulted with my neighborhood friends who all have septic tanks, and that's when I realized that they had charged us at least 3x the average

I have been working with A-1 septic for years pumping out our grease traps for our Veteran's hospital facilities @ LIvermore and Menlo Park.,
But it wasn't until recently that we've had some issues that required a true emergency response.
Not only was A1 the first place I thought of calling, they were more than glad to come out and help in a very short period of time with outstanding results.
I recommend them to everyone I know in need of their services.

We had them over for a service today.. the guy broke our irrigation pipe when probing to locate our tank location. We called the office serveal times. They are not willing to take any responsibility of their miss and kept saying their manager is on vacation. Very unprofessional!

It was an absolute pleasure working with these guys. Finding my septic tank was less than forthcoming, but Johnathan was able to locate it rather quickly. I decided to go ahead with their recommendation and install risers for my clean out given the depth of my system. The entire job was done within an afternoon. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and quite reasonable on their pricing. I will definitely do business with these gentlemen again and can't recommend them highly enough!

Great group. They were very flexible trying to fit my inspection in to keep a related pool project on schedule. Came on time, as promised, and both very courteous and great communicators on when they would have deliverables. Everything was completed on time, and well organized for the county review (which itself is a first for me; town often finds issues). Yikes, I had a sticky situation with our sewage extractor pump and asked my plumber who he'd recommend for tank services. He suggested A-1. I called immediately, spoke to Julian, and he promised to help me out. The truck showed up fast, took care of the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Their service guy, Voung, was exceptionally knowledgeable, quick, competent and polite.
The results of A-1 Tank Services was critical to avoid an embarrassing disaster with our neighbors.

We called A-1 with an immediate unknown problem with our septic system. They were able to rearrange the schedule of one of their technicians and he came out that day. He was able to diagnose the problem, find our hidden septic tank and pump it out that day. He also pointed out a situation with the tank that would have quickly become a problem had we not decided to fix it. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I will use them again.

I originally came here for my business grease trap and had a great experience getting it cleaned out and sorted.
However 6month rolled by there suppose to come here again to get this grease tank cleaned again. The service is no longer there. We schedule for 9am, my business doesn't open till 11am I had to sit in traffic during rush hour for over an hour to get there 3hrs before I normally would with no traffic to make this appointment. I didn't mind I needed anyways, 850am get a call sorry we won't make it to the 9-11am schedule can we come later, fine. 2pm nothing 4pm I had to
