Very pleased with their work. They were on time greeted me on arrival. They were very efficient in power washing my house and cleaning the gutters and did a good job. The only thing was on the south side of my house they didn’t rinse the dirt off after cleaning the gutter and my windows and house were dirty on that side of the house and I had to rinse them off myself. Also, I should have questioned at the time, but I have never heard of tipping with this service. I didn’t mind doing so, but is this new to the service? Thank you for this opportunity and I will use them again.

Called them last minute when my food waste disposal stopped working. Rather than charging me $200 for an emergency repair he walked me over the phone to fix it. It was a quick call but he took the time to tell me step by step on how to get it working again and didn’t charge me anything. Will definitely call them for any future household work. The second I met Jake and Kelsie, I knew they'd take great care of me. They quoted a very fair price for several smaller jobs that I had outstanding, and showed up on time with an apprentice that they didn't charge me for. They did excellent work, even the apprentice who was still definitely learning but really committed, and were flexible with me when the chandeliers due to be installed hadn't arrived yet. I will be using them for as long as they're available, for all the jobs I have. Thanks y'all - you did a wonderful job!

Jake and his partner installed hanging lights over our breakfast bar as well as putting in dimmer switches. They were friendly and very professional. One new dimmer switch we purchased didn't work , so they went and got us another. We'll certainly use them again and highly recommend them. They are to perform to do many different kinds of repair.

We have used Helpful Badger at work on many occasions and have always felt very happy with their work. This last week we had an emergency at work and needed to get some flashing reattached to a house before we were able to close the sale. Jake came out that same day, fixed the flashing, and then sent us before and after pictures, unprompted, because he knew the lender would need to see them. They have been a wonderful company to work with and we hope to keep our relationship strong in the future.

Jake is amazing! I have an airbnb and he is my go-to guy anytime that I have a problem. The first time I used him, I needed something repaired within 24 hours and he was the only handyman that I could find who would work on such short notice. He even apologized for charging a little extra because he would have to do it during his off-hours. Since then, he has been my handyman. When my sofa bed broke (never go to Mor Furniture, FYI), he checked it out. He said that it would cost too much to repair and recommended that I just replace it without charging for the estimate. I hired Helpfulbadger based on the reviews. He responded quickly and quoted me the job and promised can complete it in 2- 3 days. He first brought Chelsea and Chris to meet me at the house, and promised me they can do the job in the time frame I need it to be done. Chris is doing the ceiling texture and cabinet refinish. Jake is responsible doing the two exterior french doors, cracks on the walls and ceiling and basement cement .

Jake and Chelsea were very helpful and professional! They arrived on time. Super friendly. Installed the curtain rods (that I had failed to do in 2 hours) in about 10 minutes. They pointed out why I had so much trouble myself-- has to do with the way my apartment building was built, and then offered tips for future installations in my apartment.
Because they finished the job so fast, they offered to help out with anything else, which they totally didn't have to do but was very nice of them. Will definitely be calling them again if I need handyman work!

Jake was super responsive, started the job ahead of schedule, and was super thorough. He and his crew did fantastic work and left my home neat and tidy when done. Used Jake for kitchen countertop and bedroom door repairs, pressure washing, and some other miscellaneous items. On my list of jobs needed, one item in particular was a pretty hefty tear out and replace job that I was prepared to have to dig deep to pay for. Upon inspecting he told me the damage wasn't nearly as bad as I thought and suggested a much more cost effective repair. I really appreciate when pros like Jake are more concerned

I'm leaving this review for work that has not been completed yet but my experience so far was fantastic. I made an appointment with Jake to hang a large mirror and mount a TV. Once he arrived at my apartment, he noticed my wall could possibly be steel or concrete and did not continue as he wasn't sure what he was working with and did not want to continue until I found out the material to ensure he used the proper equipment. We agreed to reschedule while I check with my apartment complex.

First, we did not have any work done. This 5-Star review is because, after our leaving a voice message, we actually received a telephone call back!!! We have been running into businesses lately that do not return calls, so we were extremely surprised to hear back from these guys ... And ... Within 30 minutes.
