We hired Boyce Home Maintenance to install a modern floating vanity in our bathroom. Before the actual work took place, I emailed them to evaluate the job and to check if there were any additional items to consider that we were not aware of. Not only did they give us some feedback on the vanity to make sure it had all the features we were looking for (some items we overlooked) but gave a thorough explanation of everything they could do to help us.

Robert arrived promptly to give us an estimate for a wheelchair ramp, and we found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We liked him so much that we felt our search for an appropriate contractor was over. But now it is ten days later and we have not heard from Robert again. We never received the bid he promised "in a few days" and he has ignored my calls and emails. Robert White, owner of Boyce Home Maintenance, has been very unprofessional in his negligent treatment of a prospective client. We can only conclude he has no sense of integrity or respect for his customers, so you should steer

Robert and Joel worked quickly to fix many problems that arose at my workplace. And completed them in a timely manner. Both are very professional and answer any questions you may have. They are knowledgeable about various Improvement methods and strategies as well as general contracting and construction. I’ll cut straight to it. These guys were great. Using Boyce Home Maintenance was a first rate experience all around. My initial email inquiry to Boyce was answered promptly and I had the opportunity to exchange several emails and photos of my project with Robert before any technicians arrived. We are repeat customers and are extremely happy with their professionalism, on time service and friendly nature. They just helped us through big project to repair a burst water pipe within our wall that destroyed our kitchen floor and sons carpet. Hired them on four different occasions. First couple times they were fabulous. Third time I hire them they left job incomplete did not remove all the wasted building materials. When I finally came in to inspect the work I had a hole still in my ceiling. Now this fourth time I had them install a patio door and they did not fix the flooring on the inside of the house and when I saw the final bill he was charging me for things like spacers for tile and sponges for grout somethings they use over and over. Not only that but the prices he charged were like double retail and to top it off it looks like
