I got Tom's reference through the insurance agent for our basement flooding. Not knowing how things would be and being our first experience with insurance and basement sump pump flooding, it was very daunting experience.
Tom and his crew came over on time, even with "safe at home" orders. They took out all the floors that was, moved everything, tearout what was needed, and hauled all things that was trash with them. There was no mess left after they wrapped up. The drying system ran for 3~4 days. Tom came every day to take readings and update us on progress.

Our building hired Absolute DKI to do a job. They were extremely fast, efficient and affordable! The men were respectful, tidy, and on time. We had no problems working with them. I had a huge internal flooding in my house on a SUNDAY NIGHT. I was crying and panicking not knowing what to do. So I went on Google and this is the first company that popped up. Tom answered the phone immediately and within an hour he was at my house with equipment to start getting everything under control. Tom was nice and respectful, He was able to get a guy over to fix our porch within a few days. It took no time at all for the guy to fix it.
Short story, we had our porch hit by a drunk driver and it got torn apart and now it looks like nothing happened. We appreciate all absolute DKI did.

Tom couldn't even give us a ballpark figure of what it would cost to dry out our basement. Even though he knew it would take 3 days to dry out and he knew the square footage. He knew we were getting $4,000 from out insurance. He billed us $3,600. We did ALL of the removal, furniture, flooring etc. To put this in perspective my friend's basement flooded. It's 2,000 square feet. The Dry Guys charged him 10,000. They did ALL OF the removal. There were enough items to fill a box truck and a 2 1/2 car garage. They also did flood cuts. Compare that to My 625 square foot basement with NO
