SERVPRO assisted with clean up and repair after a fire at my father's home. I truly appreciated that they were there immediately after the fire to secure the home, talk us through the process, and make the home livable. Our main contact was Jon Baucom and he was wonderful to work with. He helped coordinate communications between the insurance company and other contractors. So glad these guys exist! Had two issues happing at once - mold in the bathroom and a sewage backup. They were great, professional, and kind. Cleaned up the basement in a few hours and removed all the mold from the bathroom. Also, they take COVID-19 seriously which was very much appreciated.
