After it was raining for three days, our carpeted basement was completely flooded, along with many others in the area. Despite meeting with other flood victims, Patrick and his Flood Doctors team were able to respond the same day to drain the flooded water.

Our basement flooded during a recent storm, along with countless other homes in our area. Due to such high demand, all of our local restoration companies were booked, and weren't even answering their 24 hour emergency phone or returning our calls. Desperate for help with equipment to dry out the basement, Flood Doctors was the only company (out of about ten) who returned my call and was able to come out the next day. A few weeks ago, we had a partial flooding in our basement due a sump pump malfunction. We called Patrick Bautch who came promptly and who was able to assess the situation very well. He gave us very detailed and pertinent information on what was supposed to be done to remedy the situation. We highly recommend Patrick as his focus and concern the whole time was to make sure that all the areas of the basement with potential mildew would be addressed. Pat and team did an amazing job on our basement when the sewer backed up. They took care of everything, from clean up and item removal to sanitization and moving our cleaned items back in the basement when finished. Very professional and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about there hard work and attention to detail! I would highly recommend giving them a call when you have a home flooding issue!

I had water damage in my basement from heavy rains. Flood Doctors (Patrick In particular) responded quickly and effectively. He explained everything that had to be done and why. He is a very hard worker as was his staff. He removed what was needed and cleaned what we could salvage. He saw the job through, from initial evaluation to debris removal. Patrick is one of the most conscientious contractors I have ever worked with. He was determined to take care of our finished basement and return it to its original state before a faulty sump pump allowed water to seep into our carpeting. He returns calls promptly.
