Refreshing and great experience! Tony Mueller, the estimator, was extremely honest, punctual, and professional, from initial call-to his final assessment. He was honest about me not having a problem of great concern. Moreover, he instructed us, as to how we could address the issue ourselves. In addition, because it wasn't a mold-no current need to have health concerns.

Tony Mueller and Rich Trott at Accent did a great job managing the repair and restoration of our garage after a burst boiler pipe led to significant damage to the drywall. They made the repairs quickly, communicated with me effectively, and, without complaint, endured a myriad of complications brought about by my insurance company. End result looks like a new garage, really happy.

Tony Mueller was nothing short of phenomenal. We had a tree fall on our house and he was there within a few hours. He never seemed in a rush to leave for the next house and made us feel like he valued our time. He was thorough, very honest and extremely relatable. Started off great; went downhill after a month, mostly due to the PM (program manager Eric). Insurance assigned them to our house in April after a water pipe burst. Walk thru was conducted early April; estimates sent shortly after to insurance/adjuster; adjuster approved all expenses end of April. PM reviewed the schedule on their website buildertrend and that the project would be complete by May 31st. Eventually the PM's communication was lessening, the crew wasn't working on our house nearly as much, the PM kept pulling the crew away for other projects without any communication to me, so we'd

Had an excellent experience with Accent. Tony was extremely helpful and responsive as we navigated a basement sewage cleanup. Not a fun time, but accent helped us get contractors in, did sanitation, tear out, drying and took point with our insurance to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Tony and the Accent company!

Work performed was as follows: replace bathrooms/showers piping and faucet, replace drywall and shower tiling, and paint portion of living room wall which was used to access piping. The work was handled in high quality and timely manner, with no complaints. We'd like to particularly commend the work of the project manager Rich - he is embodiment of a professional. Had significant sewage backup in our basement at approximately 9pm on a Sunday night. Made several phone calls and Accent was the first company to answer the phone. They were quick to respond and started working on our basement right away. Everyone worked very hard to clean everything out, remove the damaged and undamaged items and also contaminated items. The entire staff was hard working, helpful, friendly, courteous and respectful. They made us feel better about our horrible situation and assured us that things will get taken care of. Tony went above and beyond, he made sure all of our questions

Ella is phenomenal and has helped me through a different company in the past. She responded more quickly than the 5 other companies I contacted for my recent clean up issue. She brought enough man power that I didn’t have to feel alone or overwhelmed in cleaning up our basement.
