To provide excellent service and quality workmanship at affordable prices by pleasant, friendly service technicians. Preferred Cleaning Service Inc. was started in 1983 as a janitorial service by owner/operator Glen Schopf. By 1990, business had grown. Glen added carpet cleaning to his services provided and son Rick joined the company.

Frequent vacuuming helps remove the loose dirt, however the oily dirt caused by cooking vapors and other indoor contaminants settles in your carpet and attaches itself to the carpet fibers.
Customers always ask what they can do to extend the life of their furniture. Upholstered furniture is like a very large filter. When you sit down on it dust and pollutants are released into the air. When you get off the furniture, it draws the same dust & pollutants back into the cushions and fabric.

We own 4 rental units in Pewaukee. We have relied on Rick and his associates for almost 20 years. Twice they have responded to emergencies ( flooded basements). They do a professional job. They are reliable. They are polite and friendly. We highly recommend their work.

Decided on using this company because they offer the choice to use AFM Safe Choice products, which are non-toxic and very important to me as a chemically-sensitive person. I was super impressed with owner, Rick's knowledge, friendliness and how accommodating he was. Not only does the carpet look great (at a cost much cheaper than we've paid with other companies in the past) but I feel great knowing the job was done without harsh chemicals. Will refer friends and family for sure!

I would recommend this company to anyone needing special cleaning services. On time, professional and the best price around. Keri at the office is on top of it all, never leaving any questions unanswered and always very nice to work with. The crew is fantastic, minus the noise of the cleaning machines, I would have no idea they were even here, beyond courteous for operating businesses during cleaning. I work at a banquet hall that gets a lot of traffic and when they are all said and done, it all looks brand new again. Make sure to add the restroom cleaning service-you wont be disappointed and that
