Fabian was fantastic as was his crew. We had severe damage to our garage when a pipe busted due to the hard freeze we had. They repaired it on time and cleaned up to where you couldn't tell there was anything done. EXCELLENT service and very affordable.

Contractor tore down approximately 3+ cubic yards of pergola and left it to be hauled off by homeowner. Rebuilt and screened in pergola. Spray painted exterior of home to include pergola. Failed to adequately cover patio flooring, ouside patio furnishings, plants and window ledges thus spray mist left all over the rear patio area. Also failed to adequately caulk windows and newly constructed pergola. Will not use contactor for future planned projects.

I do not recommend this company nor should you trust them. Fabian and his crew did a small remodeling job for us. The work was not great but acceptable. However after we paid him we noticed that a door that he built would not close, a door closer that he installed on another door broke off and they forgot some trim and missed some touch up paint spots. It's not the poor quality of work and that Fabian doesn't check the work of his crew that makes them so bad though. We notified him of the defects and things that were not finished the same day that he left and sent photos as he asked. He promised

Fabian and his crew were amazing! We hired them to finish painting our house (the entry and stairway areas that are hard to reach due to the height of a two story home) and they were able to not only come and knock it out in one day, but did a phenomenal job. We are extremely pleased with their service and friendliness and definitely recommend LYF painting & Remodeling for any Katy/Richmond residents looking to freshen up their home.

Fabian ( the owner) and his crew were in my home for four days doing a kitchen remodel. My kitchen turned out amazing. The cabinet was very Smooth. They look as though they were purchased white and not painted, and my backsplash turned out better than I could have imagined. Fabian was very meticulous with his work. He made sure everything was perfect. He and his staff were very professional and kind. I will use LYF painting and remodel again for any of my remodel needs. I highly recommend his services.

We had our 2 story home with lots of trim repainted and several pieces of siding replaced. LYF did an outstanding job in all aspects of the project. the crew was professional and friendly at all times. we had a few extra requests as the project was being completed and they were happy to help us. we will be using LYF again for all of our painting and construction projects.

LYF was contracted to paint the interior of our home. The owner was prompt to get the quote to us and schedule the work. The crew was prompt daily at 7am and gone by 5pm, and they cleaned their mess up daily. The estimated time to complete was 5 days, they did it in 4! We asked if they would also hang up a new chandelier in our entry way, which they did. However, they informed the chain and wire was not the right length, so we asked if they could goto a hardware store and get the right stuff. They did! We forgot to include our laundry room in original contract, but they took care of that as well
