My heat went out in the middle of the night and I woke up to mid-50s temperatures in the house with a cold front coming in. Not only was Dale super responsive and professional, but he was kind and taught me what to look out for and explained the issue. Record high temps in May and of course the AC starts acting up. Dale was the only that responded to all my messages and squeezed us in the same day. He stayed late working our unit to make sure it would work. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend calling him for service. He was very honest and very reasonable with his prices.

I have called Absolute 1st Choice on several occasions, for both heating and AC, at a small condo and a single family home. On most occasions, they were able to make repairs on the same day. For larger projects, work was scheduled within the week.

Dale was extremely thorough in installing our new boiler, addressing our concerns in a timely manner and making a trip back to make sure everything was working properly. Dale fit me in to his very busy schedule & fixed my AC! He was very helpful & very reasonably priced. When Dale arrived it was 90 degrees in my house, so my dog & I were sitting on the driveway looking for relief from the heat. You saved us, thank you so much!
