I had never needed a plumber and called them after reading some past reviews online from other customers. Twenty seconds into my call I knew I found a keeper! And it continued when Jim came to our home. So friendly so neat. Explained everything to me before he did anything. I will always call Needham in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!
