Our furnace stopped working and we only noticed it a couple of days before the first snow of the season was about to hit since it had been 80 degree days. I called Steve 2 days before the storm was about the hit, making it clear we really wanted the issue resolved before it got cold and he said he was in the area so could come by within the hour which was great. He arrived at the time he said he would, but when I showed him that the furnace was in the crawl space he started grumbling that he wasn't supposed to go in crawl spaces or attics per doctor's order. I rarely feel the need to write reviews, but Steve deserves mine. He was excellent. He picked up right away and was at my door within 30 minutes. The issue was a simpler one that just evaded my limited furnace expertise, but he guided me through some of the steps to try for further issues. Afterward, he checked out some additional items with my A/C to take care of my cooling needs this coming summer. He was informative, funny, and easygoing - highly recommended!

My furnace went out over the weekend. After a chilly night with just a small space heater, I used his great Yelp reviews to reach out to Steve first thing Monday morning. Steve did a great job on a furnace issue we had many, many years ago (pre-Yelp days) and I'm sure glad I saved his card. Woke up this AM to a 50 degree house and called him before the sun was even up. He was able to get out to us by 8AM, and had our house warming up soon after. Also tuned up the humidifier while he was there, so it was a double win for us this morning! A+++ service

Called Steve @ 11 AM when my furnace wasn't working. He was here within 30 minutes. Part replaced and up and running in a very short time. Gave good advice on things to help with airflow and general maintenance. Was extremely polite, helpful, and i WILL use him for all of my heating and AC maintenance going forward. Highly recommended!!

Steve came by the house to get our furnace working, it ended up being something very simple. What I appreciated was that he showed me everything about my furnace and walked me through a lot of scenarios. He showed me ways to keep my furnace clean and in good working condition. Steve was polite, helpful and took extra time to teach me things.
He also arrived quickly. He could have offered to replace this or that, but was very honest about what I really needed.

Furnace broke and decided to give Steve a try, he was able to come quickly. He was very nice and was able to fix my furnace in about an hour, including the time it took for him to pick up the part needed due to my furnace being an off brand. He was very reasonable in his price and I would definitely recommend him.

Hi Steve, while I am truly sorry that you feel demeaned and insulted by my questioning your aptitude for this kind of work. I feel I must tell you that I called another company on that same hot week, They ran a die test, came back and fixed the problem for a total of $400. Them 2 trips, $400. You 4 trips (including countless wasted hours of my work time), $600. I still contend that I never demeaned you or insulted you. I simply asked if it was logically possible to conclude that you were scamming me after three visits for the same problem. Judging from what I have seen from this other company

Our furnace went out and was only blowing out cold air. So I searched around the yellow pages and found Steve. I saw many 5 star customer reviews and also had a Gold rating by the Better Business Bureau so I gave him a try.
