Searching for a Carrier installer led me to BB Heating; they're highly rated, on Yelp and Google, and they really lived up to their ratings in my experience; they were able to install a new 2-zone heating system to replace our ~20 year old system the same week we gave them the green light. Cameron, Jerry and Sebastian were experts. They installed our new Carrier Infinity furnaces, and found a creative way to run the ducts the 96 AFUE system needed to perform. I'll be back to work with them to replace our ACs in a few months!

Scott was amazing when he came out to provide the estimate to me. Sebastian and Jerry were both professional, on time, and had the job done in less time than quoted. They had an electrician out to finish the wiring in only a few days. They were the best price and took the time to make sure I understood the AC/furnace system that had just been installed. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area needing HVAC work.

Heat went out on a Wednesday and they were able to get out the next day. It wasn't freezing cold, so no emergency, but it was pretty chilly. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the visit, about half of another company I called that wouldn't be able to make it out until Saturday.
Luke was able to make it about an hour ahead of schedule. He found the problem right away, and then thoroughly answered a number of questions I had. Terry, ask for Terry. He is the most unbelievable problem solver and fantastic at listening to your whole system use. He found a simple solution that seemed completely unrelated to the problem at hand. Decided to be preemptive in replacing my furnace prior to retirement. Sebastian and Jerry came in to install my new carrier system and did a great job. Removed the old one and installed the new one very quickly. They were very professional and answered all of my questions throughout the process. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had our HVAC serviced and cleaned and a new hot water heater installed. They were kind enough to schedule both appointments at the same time. Technicians Sebastian and Jerry both showed up on time and quick and professional. They did an outstanding job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Sebastian and Jerry just installed our new unit and were wonderful. On time, super friendly, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and gave a very thorough walk through after including with the new thermostats.

Great price for scope of work. We have a unique system and these guys know what they are doing. They offered the lowest price of all bid estimates. The employees were on time and professional. The drainage system for the condensation from my air conditioner was overwhelmed by all the weather this summer, so a different approach was needed. B&B's technician, Rod, quickly diagnosed the problem, ran some basic tests to evaluate the current system, and recommended several different alternative fixes (at different price points), leaving it to me to decide which to use. We have lived in this house for 2 years and every time these guys come out they are friendly and helpful and very nice! I really appreciate them being on time and doing what it takes to get the ancient swamp cooler up and running! I can always count on B&B to take care of my downdraft evaporative coolers, especially since we have very hard water. They have completed one difficult job after another, including installing room to room ductwork and new air diffusers. Today Rod did an excellent job getting the cooling units started and calibrating the entire system.

Thank goodness for honest and dependable companies like B&B, woke up to a freezing house on a Saturday morning when our furnace conked out overnight. Called B&B for help, they were quick to get back to me with a scheduled window of arrival and got there as promised, got the heat up and running. They clearly explained the cause of the issue, and the repair recommendations and we had them back a few days later to get things buttoned up, and the cost was 1/2 the price I was expecting. These guys have been great. Always showing up on time, booties and masked. Very considerate. We had a bit of a complicated problem and they stuck with it through resolution. Lucas is great. Woke up this chilly morning realizing that our furnace stopped running in the middle of the night. Freezing and frantic, we tried to troubleshoot ourselves but kept failing. 58 degrees in the house at 6:30am is not a fun way to start the day!

I previously used another company prior to B&B who showed up at my house without a mask and quoted me $400 just for an initial visit. I called B&B and they scheduled me for the NEXT day! Byron showed up from B&B and quickly provided the information on what needed a repair and let me know I would receive a quote - The last company had to access my roof for an hour and B&B informed me the problem was right in my unit as he had serviced many other units in my condominium. Luke called me when he was on his way. He then texted me when he arrived. We are being very cautious with COVID-19 and asked that the tech wear a mask and booties while in the house, which he did. When he arrived and rang the doorbell, he waited until we went out to the back patio. He was very communicative through text about his progress. Had an issue with our furnace not turning on. Rod was very professional and courteous. Showed up in a mask, wore booties. He found the issue relatively fast, walked us through the steps he recommended and did t try and sell us anything unnecessary. Made good product recommendations and was finished within a reasonable amount of time.

Our evaporative cooler, which was installed by B&B heating and air-conditioning 17 1/2 years ago finally bit the dust. Terry and Kelly, and their team, disassembled and removed the old unit. it was replaced with a new air conditioner, and air handler, which we love. The work was completed in a timely manner, they were professional, clean, and a joy to have in put home. I would rate them more highly if I could.

Marco arrived 1 hour and ten minutes early.
He spent 1/2 hour here and replaced the capacitor and our AC is working. Yea.
They sent me a PDF version of the bill 5 days later. $250 USD.

We bought a house 2.5 years ago and it came with a 20 year old, heat-only furnace and, with my wife pregnant, we decided that it was finally time to get A/C in our home. We were referred to B&B through our general contractor and were extremely pleased with the quality of service they provided. They began by sending someone out to the house to evaluate what size furnace and condenser we would need to cool the space and that the unit itself would fit into the tight space where we had it hooked up. After that, it was very easy to work with their office staff to schedule an appointment for installation
