We had heating system and AC system replaced. I would rate the two installers that carried out the scope of work as highly professional. They stayed focus on the job, brought all the necessary equipment and supplies with them (no trips to the store for spare parts, etc.). They kept the work area clean through out the two days. At the end of the job both my wife and I were given a review of the work done in the work space and a very clear explanation of how to operate the new thermostat. Prior to the job; we were given numerous options for both heating and AC equipment. Other quotes typically gave

It is always such a pleasure to work with Lakeside heating and cooling. Tony gives so much good information so that the perfect unit can be chosen. We were able to get our install two months sooner than predicted. The staff who takes the calls are professional and helpful, the install was seamless. Mick was great and very professional. Lakeside heating and cooling Installed a heater for us five years ago and we were very happy with the quality of their work. They came and did a tuneup and I loved that also. Can’t say enough good about this quality company.

Tony was very professional and straight forward with answers and expertise on furnace systems that would work best for us within our budget concerns. Mick and Brandon installed the selected unit and were punctual, friendly and definitely qualified as they did a fantastic job on the install and cleaned up the area, hauling away all old equipment and container materials such that you would never know they were there! Very professional installation. Excellent company to do business with.

***Not sure about the extended contract, Comfort Shield Contract. What is the cost of this contract? It only covers the labor and not the parts for a needed repair. I do not recall anyone discussing this contract with me and neither does my husband. ** Hope to hear back from Lakeside soon concerning this issue.

These guys installed a new furnace and new a/c in my townhouse. I purchased a new property and the existing was old and original. I love my new thermostat and the A/C is working great, so nice to control it from my phone. Saved a nice amount to pay for it all upfront by check. Purchased the Daikin system with a 12 year warranty and bought the narrow A/C so it doesn't take up very much room and is super quiet when it runs. Haven't used the heat yet but that's just around the corner. Very pleased with my purchases!

From start to finish, this team had a lower price than the competition, & did everything as promised. The installers kept us up to date on what would happen & when it would happen. At completion, the operation was explained, everything was cleaned, their drop cloths covering our oak flooring were removed. Fantastic A+ service & people. Can't go wrong with this this first class company

My whole experience, from quote to install was excellent.
Tony graciously answered all my questions professionally. They were not my lowest quote, but not far off and instilled a sense of confidence that they would do an excellent job.
Mick and Brandon, did the install carefully and competently. An extra thumbs up to electrician Mike for going the extra mile to route the power wire internally rather than going completely around the house with external conduit.

I've used these guys for a while now. They have done a few maintenance items and a repair for me in the past. Most recently I had a new system installed. While they were not the cheapest, you get what you pay for. High quality equipment and service. Mick did our install and he was absolutely fabulous. Super friendly and patient with all my questions. About a week in and everything is running great, and I feel confident that if there are any issues they will be right out here to fix it.
