My problem was water damaged baseboard trim in the kitchen and pantry area. In selling my house, this was a repair that the buyer required.

Yuiry was great. Messaged him for a quote super early in the morning and he responded within minutes. My fridge was buzzing and he came out the same day, diagnosed for free, then I paid him to go get the part and return. He then finished the job SAME DAY!! And I paid him for his labor and we were on our way. My fridge is working perfectly now, and I was planning on just buying a new one... saved me probably about $900! I have used Yellow Van Handyman, specifically,Yuri, for multiple projects at a property rental I own. Yellow Van is easy to book and the work is always done fast and in a quality manner. Great communication. I had a plumber quote me $1k to fix a leaky faucet and that was before they were going to send out an estimator to quote cabinet repair from water damage. I got both projects done for about $600 by Yuri. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
