Mark took care of my bedroom upgrades with ease, and at a good price. He was very attentive of my requests for what I was looking for, and made my master bedroom look like something out of a magazine. I will recommend him for any future repairs or upgrades I need done.

PC Handy Help may do good work, but I'll never know. I called on October 2nd and was told that the gentleman was busy, and to text him my name and address and he would call me back. Two days later, October 4th, I texted him again, no reply. I called on October 11th and spoke with him again and he said he would TRY to come on October 12th at 7:15am, but he never showed and never called. My calls on October 12th have not been returned.

This level of customer service is unbelievable and should not be tolerated.
