We have used Burke Septic for septic pump service as well as existing septic line repair and install of a tank riser. We had foul water backed up in our shower requiring immediate corrective action. Burke Septic worked us in to their schedule and promptly alleviated the problem. He showed us the large tree root that was partially obstructing the septic line outlet. Once the job was completed it was barely noticeable where the lawn had been dug up at the septic site, the lawn nicely repaired. Horrible service. We explained the situation we were dealing with in detail prior to the appointment. They came out to our place and refused to do the septic service we called for. We called JW Septic and they got right on the job. He did a thorough job without hesitation! I won't call Burkes ever again. JW septic hands down!

What a great business. They called an hour before showing up, which was right on time. By the way the owner still does all the work. He pumped the septic tank and found the problem right away. And when they were done they covered up the tank and you couldnt even tell they were there. The bill was exactly what he quoted me over the phone, no extra fees like the other guys. I would recommend them to everyone.
