Your Septic Inspection by All Around Septic includes a flow test, a component check, sludge & solid levels checked, filter cleaning (if system has one, ) and a ROSS filed with the health department. This is required and mandated by the State of Washington. A septic inspection is required by the state when selling your home and we know that home sales are very unpredictable and can happen at any time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I am selling my house and used this company to do the required septic inspection. They came out on the day they said they would but then after multiple attempts at calling, texting and emailing to try and get in touch to review the results there was no response. The website says I will get my results within 24 hours of the inspection, its now been over three days and when I tried calling this morning he's sending my calls straight to voicemail. I am contractually obligated to meet certain deadlines in order to sell my home and the owner is risking the sale

We called and left a voicemail. Several actually because it was an emergency. Never received a response.
Update: He called us back. He happened to be camping and couldn't check his voicemails. He apologized and came over to our place immediately after getting back. All Around Septic won our trust back.

My neighbor recommended All Around Septic after he had a great experience using them to correctly do a job that another well known local septic contractor failed to complete.
I'm glad I got the recommendation. I couldn't be happier with my experience. On Christmas Eve my septic controller would no longer initiate pumping. Robert, the owner, returned my call even though he was out of town for the holiday. We reviewed several things I could check and perform myself to get me through the long holiday weekend.
Not only did I get through the weekend, my controller resumed communicating with my septic

All Around Septic's owner, Robert, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our system back up to code. I had to call them in after another company had failed to properly maintain our system. Had I not done so, I would have had to pay a lot more money to replace our system, All Around Septic really saved our system! Thank you!!!
