We had a pump failure and took it in to see what the cause was.
Matt was very informative in obtaining the pump usage environment and made some very knowledgeable recommendations to assist in creating a low-maintenance, flip the switch solution. I'm not particularly happy the pump that failed wasn't his first choice, but that's an installer issue, not Berg Vault problems.
