Great service, quick response. Did a great job to remove roots in our sewer line and get the house plumbing working again. Courteous, punctual, and capable. Patrick gave me same-day installation of a new water heater, and reasonable quotes on other jobs to be done at a later date. Patrick responded to my request for a repair quickly.

Lorenz Plumbing was fantastic! Recently moved to Palatine and was looking for a good circle of people to help with all the troubles that come with home ownership. Patrick was recommended by another business that had recently contracted him. I held onto his business card until I had a good list of work that needed to be done. We had a good interaction via text with pictures and requests. It was all coordinated quickly and very friendly. Patrick and Chris were lifesavers. Our downstairs neighbors called to let us know they were getting drips into their unit. I called A LOT of plumbers--some said they couldn't do the work (without asking any clarifying questions), others quoted $$$$ to inspect, some couldn't offer service for weeks, and a few never even followed up.

When I used the request a quote feature on Yelp for a tankless water heater, several plumbers responded immediately. Patrick was not only the lowest quote, but he was also the only plumber who flagged a possible issue with our gas meter. He is super responsive and we arranged everything by text. Two thumbs up!

I've used Lorenz Plumbing once so far and they will be my go to going forward. Patrick helped me out with a re-piping project where he switched out old galvanized hot/cold water lines to copper. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he got the work done quickly without sacrificing quality. Patrick is also extremely prompt and responsive.
