This was the third plumber on my list to call. The previous two could not provide the service I need until mid the following week. Called Sykes and they sent someone within the hour. The technician was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price on the spot. The part had to be ordered and he came back the following day to finish the repair. He even gave me a discount. I am very pleased with the work they have done.

Herman can out to my home to look at my hot water heater. I told him that I had smelling water, he told me that he would order an anode rod for my hot water heater and call me. Well he never called me back. So, I guess my job was not important to him. The office was very friendly and polite.

I chose Sykes Plumbing Services after an exhaustive search for a reputable company to do some repairs and based on the reviews by comparison I chose this company and the plumber I believe his name is Herman was straight forward and honest about the repairs and outcomes good or bad. The leaking pipe was repaired at a far better rate than three other plumbers for the same job. I highly recommend Sykes Plumbing Services for honest work at reasonable prices.

I have American Home Shield. Waste of time trying to get immediate help. With water flooding our basement, I reached out to Sykes, not only was the customer service excellent, professional and responsive, she actually cared!! She found a comparable hot water heater (75 gallons) in less than 2 hours and scheduled us for delivery and install the next day. AMAZING!!! Such great service! We called these guys for an emergency and they came out quickly with no additional fees. The woman on the phone was so polite and professional and the actual plumber who came to the house went above and beyond. They do fee estimates and are very reasonably priced!
