We hired advanced septic solutions to replace out septic field. READ THE CONTRACT they are not responsible for any damage they cause. They destroyed our entire sprinkler system. They left pipe just sticking out of the ground and severed every wire running to our control unit. Make sure you use a company that will that will do the right thing.

The young lady who answered the phone (at 11 pm) was very kind. I have an emergency septic issue where one is full and inoperable and I need to purchase another one to install on a different part of my property. I asked her if the company "sold tanks" and she said "no sir... we only install them." Being a septic company, I asked if she new another company that sold them so I could have her company install it. Some cowardly man in the background yells out "google it!" and the call disconnects.

Brian and his team did an outstanding job and I will definitely use them again!
Over the holidays we were experiencing plumbing issues and the plumber we had out said it was the septic tank and it needed to be serviced. Before calling Brian we had an inspector, plumber, 1st septic company and a trip to the department of health and no one could find field lines, the tank or a clean out. I found Brian by asking Siri for a plumber that can use a camera in the pipes to find the tank and Advance Septic Solutions is what came up. Quick service & a fair price. Brian was very professional along side his crew. They carefully hand dug the dirt away to prevent any damage to my landscape & irrigation system. I was able to use this company on two home inspections. The first one they saved me from buying a home that would have probably cost me the replacement of a septic tank. Now part of that was my real estate agent trying to sell me like was a FNG.
On my second inspection they took the time to show up when they said they would as well as dig an incredibly deep cover. Great customer service onsite and will use them for other properties I have. Solid company. They helped me with two home inspections. They saved me the cost of buying the first home that had a failed septic tank. Don't every trust your agent or sellers agent to tell you the truth. Get the certification and a warranty if they try that BS.
Second home they did for me, they were prompt, and courteous. I accidently paid my bill late on the first one and he didn't give me any issues about that. Sorry about that by the way. Obviously I paid him promptly the second time around. Great company and they service surrounding counties maybe even further, much further than I expected

This company was expedient to resolve the issue with my septic tank beyond a doubt. Better than the first one I called. There was some damage done to my parking pad with the equipment they used. This house is old and things happen. They did not, however, choose to disclose what happened while I wasn't there. I don't have an expectation for them to completely replave my driveway. I do not expect something for nothing. I paid them to do a job and they did it. But it isn't their responsibility to determine the value of my property. I've put a lot of work into my home as anyone who reads this can understand
