Extremely poor communicator, Didn't always show up, my pool turned green a couple of times. I gave this guy several chances

Jose advertises as unlicensed, yet our CMCA VAM Mgmt., Hired him! This is a Homeowners Association, The Oasis! Our insurance requires Lic Contractor's! Jose was payed $625 mo. He had No insurance but changes a capacitor which is dangerou, leaves the pool gate wide open for 2/12 hours my 3 young grand children went in the open gate, but not in pool, it's all on ring camera! Why they let our longtime licensed and certified pool tech go whom was insured go and only get payed $285 mo? Recently, On a routine pool ck. the pool was closed! Hard to believe what is going! Oh there is more!

Extreme poor service with no communication, lack of consistentcy and no follow up. Jose will treat you as if you're at fault that he isn't doing his job.

I hired this company yo take care of weekly servicing. Everything went well for a long time, until recently. I had to get repairs on my pool done recently so I stopped service for two weeks. I informed Jose the pool service guy and he said no problem. Yet, never replied to my txt regarding some chemical balancing and never showed up to do the work. Basically. Quit without verbally quitting. Very disappointed.

He does an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and COVID conscious. He has been with us for a year and am very pleased with his service

Did not show up after an appointment was set nor returned my calls/text.
