The installation team was very professional and courteous and moved furniture out and in to rooms making install an easy experience for us. I not only purchased flooring for a redecorated room; I also had them clean existing carpet and tile. The gentleman who came was clean, polite and asked appropriate questions (we had a number of "scatter" rugs to be cleaned as well) about use and dirt. I am totally happy with the results. The new room is wonderful and the older carpet, rugs and tile are rejuvenated. I will definitely come back to buy flooring when we re-do our next few rooms. The personnel are kind, good listeners and make enough suggestions to give more than enough options from which to choose.

I own a local optometry practice. In the past 20 years Jack Lapota and Premium Carpet and Tile have replaced our carpet twice. The quality has been excellent, and the service impeccable. I have always gotten a very nice product at an exceedingly fair price. Jack Lapota has always stood behind his installation and product, and took care of the few problems we have had promptly.
