After trying a couple of other companies, and having one try to charge $1500+ just to break out the excavator over a pipe that I myself found was only 3in deep, I saw Gary McBride off of hwy.80 and gave them a call. They've now fixed multiple broken pipes on my property and even the one time they legitimately had to use the excavator it was less than $1500. Their guys have been honest, shown me the issue before fixing when possible, and just handled their business when I didn't have time to come to the property myself. Installed a new water heater at a rental property. Had a small issue which came up but I do not believe it was due to their fault. Gary was very responsive in handling and resolution. There was a minor cost increase resulting from the issue but I believe they were fair in their resolution of handling it. I would be happy to work with them again.

I have called McBride for years. Gary and Diane McBride have found men who are courteous, attentive, and extremely dedicated to getting the job done right. When they came across a problem in the process of a repair, they contacted me immediately. I have an older house; they have helped me stay in it. I plan on completing all repairs and will call them as soon as I'm ready for the next install!

Highly recommend this company! They came to our house a few months ago because we had standing water in our yard. They quickly repaired the problem and billed me for it later. Yesterday we found out a different pipe right next to where they were working had deteriorated too. We called Mr. McBride up and him and his crew were at my house the next morning. He and his crew fixed it for us for free! They truly care about their customers and understand how expensive it can be to continuously have to pay for plumbing repairs. Very thankful!
