A few years ago, Colorado Stone did a great job for us restoring a treasured old slab of Vermont marble. Last year we hired them again to fabricate and install new kitchen counters, backsplashes and island in a gorgeous, unusual granite that's now our favorite feature of our house. They even managed to make one counter turn a big corner all in a single beautiful, streaky piece. The only hiccup on installation day was when WE forgot (they had told us twice) that we needed to have a plumber on hand to install the new sinks and faucets.

Colorado Stone fabricated and installed two vanities, two shower seats, and a tub deck for me in the course of remodeling both of my bathrooms. The creativity of Jim, the owner, is stellar. He was able to come up with a vanity design to bridge two sets of towering cabinets so that the vanity was secured to both towers from their sides while concealing the underside of the sink. The front edge of the granite is mitered so that it appears that there's a much thicker piece of granite in place. The look is sleek and modern plus it conceals the underside of the sink and the supporting network

I am so glad that my plumber, and several other trades people recommended that I check out Colorado Stone.Have been working with Jim at Colorado Stone to figure out what product I wanted for the countertops in my kitchen. Found a wonderful quartz that looks like granite. I am so very pleased with the help and guidance from Jim.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Colorado Stone and the installation crew. When there was an installation question about my preferences, they always asked me and went over the alternatives (e.g. lowering the backsplash or raising a mirror). They even corrected faults in Silestone counters that existed before we purchased the house. Before they left, they made sure I was completely satisfied.

Nice people, BUT...they sent inexperienced guys to install (because we were a small job) and they made several mistakes. They did send someone back to try and correct it as best as possible, but once you've drilled the holes wrong for faucets, it's pretty hard to change that. They dinged a corner as well and filled with epoxy as the fix. No discount, no apologies. Will not go there with a bigger job, and will not recommend.

Colorado Stone Company has a very big selection of granite remnants. ( I didn't look at what you can order, only the remnants). They let me change my mind a lot on which piece I wanted and held the piece for me for weeks while I was waiting on a sink to come in, and what edge I wanted it finished. Reasonably priced. Be prepared to allow for extra time for when they are scheduled to come though. For both the measurement and the install I had to call to see where they were when no one showed up only to find out they'd be hours late.

Colorado Stone fabricated and installed my granite counters at an incredibly fair price. They had great ideas for how we should do the island. One of the best things about Colorado Stone is that they keep scraps of stone in their yard, so if you just want a small project, you don't need to buy a full slab.
Their service is excellent, and they were very patient with my undecision.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I had to call them back to fix a dent in the stone, but they came back the next day, and it was perfect.
I will use them in the future as I renovate other
