MLM was so quick to respond to all of our disaster recovery needs. I’ve never dealt with a contractor that did such quality work with such cleanliness and attention to detail. We were very lucky to have MLM make our home whole again with very little worry and in a timely manner.

This man is a monster to say the least. He doesn’t pay his employees, sub-contractors, and verbally attacks everyone who works for him. He uses investors to fund his personal profits with nothing to show through his shaky company. His work is shotty at best. DO NOT USE HIM!

MLM was a really good company to work with. They were responsive when I called to get someone to take a look at the project I needed fixed (hurricane damage to my home) and they were professional, always getting back to me in a timely manner, and were always friendly. They went above and beyond with fixing the wrought iron fence, and I was really appreciative of what they did. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

While waiting for our estimate, which was already delayed by a hurricane, made the mistake of asking if the quote would be over a certain amount, not because it was our limit but because I needed to gauge if the estimates were going to be in the same neighborhood. The project was for a loved one with dementia, and I was regularly checking in with family members about the finances so we could make informed group decisions. From the beginning of our bathroom remodels, the organization, communication and professionalism MLM managed the effort with was outstanding. Their staff was accessible, friendly and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to have in our home.
Quite often contractors leave you feeling as though they are doing you a favor handling your projects. This was not the case with Machi and his MLM staff. At every point we felt like they respected us trusting them with our home and that our satisfaction was all that mattered.

Having dealt with a number of GC's over the years, I was dreading our master bath renovation. We received estimates and interviewed 6 different companies before selecting MLM. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. The guys showed up every day on time, and the super or PM visited at least once per day. Their builder trend app makes payment a breeze, and the daily progress updates as well as the progressed schedule enables you to understand what will be taking place each day. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

We've used MLM Inc. on multiple projects ranging from renovations to ground-up new construction. I think the key here is knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. MLM embodies all of these, where we find that many residential contractors do not. We continue to use MLM Inc. for our investment properties, and we highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
