Sad to say they did not stand by their product. I bought a vats car key a couple months ago and it went bad. They wanted to charge me full price for a replacement key. Extremely disappointed.

I have called a few locksmiths for a job, most were off the wall expensive, waited for one for over 4 hours, then I cancelled him.
MERRICK MASTER LOCKSMITH asked me to take picture of my lock, and they were at my door in 15 minutes. They opened my front door in seconds, changed a part that needed to be changed, and charged me a very reasonable price. The professionalism of Bill the locksmith was unmatched, I have finally found a contractor that I can trust.You will be my locksmith from now on, hopefully I won't need you.
