Great service all round. Had an engine issue with no fault codes. Car was unusable. Technician was able to investigate and establish the issue and have the car running beautifully again within a day. Tremendous. Communication throughout was excellent.

Booked in with Carrie and Craig to get our brake pads/discs replaced, MOT carried out and a service done. They went out of their way to fit us in before the current MOT expired, communication / attention to detail were both first class and all work done to a very fair price. Really nice people to deal with and will be our first choice for any work going forward, would highly recommend!

Been motoring for 20+ years. Been to many garages both good and bad. These guys are hands down the best.
They rescued a job on my Octavia that had been misdiagnosed and butchered by another garage. Not only that but they diagnosed the problem and then encouraged me to take it back to the place I bought it as it should be covered by warranty.
Great service and ridiculously good communication. Both the girl in reception and the technician were extremely helpful.

A warning light appeared on my VW Golf R advising me to contact a garage urgently. I saw good reviews so I contacted Philips immediately. I was advised to bring my car to them as soon as I could which I did. They carried out all the diagnostic checks and fixed the problem within an hour. The mechanic explained in detail what the problem had been and I was most impressed by his expertise and efficiency. The receptionist was a delightful young lady who was welcoming, polite and efficient. I am 71 years old and have been in many garages over the years. This one scores 100%.

Having been in the motor trade for over 30 years, in this city there are garages to go to and garages to avoid, this is one of the very good ones. I know from personal experience just how heavily this garage has invested in training and equipment and this reflects in the standard and quality of the work they deliver time and time again. I have always found them to be very competitive in regards to price despite opting to supply original quality parts over cheaper aftermarket equivalents. I don't normally write reviews as would prefer to drop off some doughnuts or something in person but I found this garage on the good garage scheme and seen they were voted in the top 5 in the UK so I thought it was worth a punt as my usual garage unfortunately shut down due to the on-going situation. They did tuning for me and a fancy wheel alignment which I'd never seen before. The car feels and drives better than when I bought it new - I'm very hopeful the fuel economy is better on this guzzler especially when towing my caravan and maybe I'll be a bit quicker up the hills too! When I phoned and
