We worked with two teams: John, Kip, & Lee and Kip, Neil, & Mike as we had a two stage move. Home to storage and then storage to new home. They were great to work with, wrapped items carefully, and cleaned up as they went along. We had a few squished boxes but most of the contents remained intact. The whole process from quote to confirmation to moves was smooth - thanks to the office team too. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

RUN, RUN, RUN. Heavily damaged furniture, calls to owner not returned, appointments to "fix" furniture repeatedly canceled, told Old English would fix gouges down the front of a bureau, charged way above quote, piece of furniture left behind, a bureau drawer won't close, etc. Owner was there in a minute when I wanted a quote, yet when confronted on the aforementioned issues, he became rude and dismissive. I gave up after 8 weeks of aggravation. Do yourself a big favor-go someplace else.

Two men John and Craig went 278 miles round trip for pick up and delivery of an Antique Roll Top desk. It has be carefully moved because of the value. One loaded on their truck it was covered with furniture straps and secured to rails inside the box truck. Once at my location it had to be partially dismantled and put back together as it was upon pick up. Done with ease
I will not and cannot after seeing their work hire or recommend any other movers.
From my initial contact with Karen and my follow up call with Allison, everything I wanted was done and I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this moving company. The owner Doug came out initially for a no-nonsense estimate and gave me a reasonable value for furniture I was looking to have consigned. Later, John, Ion and Greg were my movers and they were wonderful. They were friendly and respectful of my living space. They were careful with my belongings, packing and moving a house worth of furniture into a storage facility on schedule and as quoted. I would definitely use these folks again.

Doug, the owner, who is 75 and can barely walk came over to give us a quote a week ago to move some furniture in our home to other rooms within our home. He stated it required 3 men with a minimum of 4 hrs for just under $700.00. We agreed and gave a deposit of $100.00 and we were scheduled for Tuesday Oct. 6 at 9:00 A.M. for the job. On 10/6 at 9:00 A.M. only 2 guys show up and said that the 3rd guy did not come to work that day. When we called the office we were given a run around and finally given Doug's number. The young men that moved us were so polite and helpful. They worked with our schedule when the closing on our house ran late. They tried to put large items through small doors just to get it where we wanted it. There were a couple of scratched items but that is to be expected when moving your whole house in a truck across state lines.

Doug the owner is a total scumbag. My lady used him 3 times. The first was fine, the second she was overcharged and the crew was terrible, taking smoke breaks, arrived in 2 rental trucks and had to pay for their time to switch them out. She called again and spoke to Doug for her third move. He apologized for the last experience and said he would personally be there and would take care of her. On moving day, he was non existent, had to be called to show up. When he did he degraded her, acted like he didn't know a thing, and demanded a cash payment. They were just charged with dumping mattresses in the wetlands after a job. Charged costumer to take them away, then just tossed them into a pit in the woods. Luckily they were seen by the police.

Doug your comment is b.s. we had money my husband was there and could have solved it in 2 minutes you did not finish my move you could have missed e could ha e taken it,all less my husband's, you barely took anything it was,all packed you wanted to make 2 days pay and only pay your 2 guys 3 hours it was,all ready to go tubs and boxes and you did charge me plenty of xtra beyond quote for a half a move no you took 25 % and left me with 75% it was all ready to be moved my husband's he would have done you also charge by the box and wanted to make money that way I had an apt not

Beware this is the worst moving company I've ever used the owner dog who also Catch All is a scammer. They quoted me one price and then when they finish the move and the day was over they charge me $500 more and wouldn't leave and less I won't them a check

I hired them last year to move a piano and was quoted $350. Only two movers showed up and told me that I would have to help them! I was the third mover and almost seriously hurt myself moving a piano. I was still charged $350 at the end!
The two men that showed up argued with each other a lot and talked behind each other's backs. They damaged my stairs and broke an electrical outlet while moving. After getting off the phone with his boss, he told me that the insurance company would arrive in a day or two to assess the damage. I overheard his telephone call with his boss and he never mentioned

Wow! Don't be fooled by Doug's smooth talk! He is very charming and makes you feel confident. The group that showed up to pack things were great and John actually knew what he was doing but when the truck got to Florida there was one guy - Doug! He delivered to my mother in law who was sick. He showed up on a Sunday afternoon, said he couldn't unload her stuff and had to get to the East coast. He took all her boxes and furniture out of the truck and left in a car port in a rain storm! Looks like we will be heading to small claims court!

*Warning* Do not hire this company! I hired them for a move from Kensington NH to Exeter NH on 8/15/14. Doug came over a week before to look around and work out an estimate. His estimate: 4 men, 4 hrs. = $596. I had a hutch that I no longer wanted, so Doug said he would give me $75 for it to sell in his consignment shop. Total estimate: $521. There was a $150 charge, should I need overnight storage. I figured I would as the closing in both homes were on the same day. I figured $750, TOPS. Moving day arrived, I got 2 men and Doug. One guy broke 6 coffee table slate tiles.
