The team at Wood Bros was excellent from start to finish in moving us out of our storage unit and into our new apt. They were quick to quote, fairly priced, responsive and accommodating throughout the process.
They showed up on time, were very friendly, professional, organized and efficient. I've moved 7x in the last 10 years - local and long distance moves - and this was hands down the best moving company I've had the pleasure of working with to date. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them - they are excellent! I will 100% use them again regardless of where we are going.

Exceptional experience with Wood Bros Moving Company. Kaitlyn somehow squeezed in my move when I mistakenly waited til the last minute, only to find everyone, including them, was booked up through the next week or more. The day of my move, they called ahead to ask if they could arrive early (worked even better for me!) but said no problem if not. They were methodical and so careful with my items. These 2 gents were polite, professional, and actually made a stressful move (aren't they all stressful?) a bit fun! They even loosened a couple stuck windows in my house that I wasn't strong enough to

LIARS! OVERCHARGED BY 400. There was a problem with a crewmember and so we we were promised 4 people paid for 4 but got 3. It took 11 hours which was way too long for the asked job. We had everything boxed and ready so there were no delays on our end. By owner in writing was told they'd make it right and was told we would only pay $1700 and since we paid $200 already only $1500. Called office today to make sure we were charged correctly and now we are paying 400 more than promised! We were told owner's a lawyer. Furniture was reassembled and today I found extra parts oh wait there wasn't any so

All employees of Wood Bros were not only friendly and courteous but they were knowledgeable, helpful and responded to any and all questions we had during a fairly stressful period.
The movers were timely in their arrival, worked fast and hard to get things done during the two days and were careful with personal items and fine furniture.
My wife and I will use them again and highly recommend Wood Bros to friends and family.

I agree 100% with Sally. My saga started May 15, 2020. They destroyed my China cabinet, a large chair (a hole in the back) a Queen Anne lowboy, mahogany end table to name a few. They lost my toolbox with all my tools. I took out the insurance that was offered. When I called the owner, she tried to put me off...wouldn’t take my calls, this went on for 6 months. Today is February 19th and I just received the check from the insurance company. Be advised, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’d like to give them minus 10 stars but that’s not an option.

We used Wood Bros for moving and storage as we downsized from a 6000 sq ft home to a 3500 sq ft home. From the help in packing up the big house to storing our possessions for a year and then moving everything into our new home they were nothing short of being professional and took great care in handling our furniture, China , crystal and antique pieces. Two pieces of furniture needed repairs and that was handled without any problem whatsoever. The items were returned to us in perfect condition. I would recommend Woods Bros without reservations. I've moved three times in the past year as I sold a house and built a house and Wood Brothers have been there for me every time. They've even helped on short notice. The guys are always great and the price is fair. I've got one more move coming up and I look forward to working with them again.

Used in the past and the were ok. Made the mistake of using again. Crew was nice but they beat up the walls, broke 2 beds, the bikes and the grille. I have spent the last 8 months trying to get reimbursement and the person I was working with left, called the owners 3 times and left messages with no call back. Buyer beware - pay for the extra insurance if you use them.
