What a great call! Spoke with Terry and not only had my pertinent question answered comprehensively and from an intelligent physics perspective (refreshing!), but some extra info on Vog effects on pulmonary issues. I think he could moonlight as a healer!!!!

We contacted the owner, Terry Hardison, about replacing our old rusted out wall air conditioner. He immediately went out to the job; took measurements; and recommended a replacement unit. Given the pandemic and supply chain problems, finding a replacement unit rapidly became a problem. Between Terry and I, we settled on an available replacement unit. However, the new unit was bigger than the previous one. Consequently, Terry and his crew had to enlarge our opening to fit the new unit in the wall. They did that and installed the new a/c and we could not be happier with the new unit and the excellent

Terry was super responsive to our request and tried his best to accommodate even our last-min request. Our AC system was really old so we ended up to change out the entire system and Terry & his team also took care of that. Highly recommended and we would come back to Terry for any AC issue in future.

If you would like to be $$OVERCHARGED$$ by someone who likes to speak over you as a customer because he loves to hear himself talk-pick Terry. He's your guy! If your the type of customer that likes throwing money at someone because they can "sound" like they know what they are talking about....is that you? Of course not. But Terry seems to think so. Stop by his business office which is listed on Google- wait that's a lie...he doesn't have one. Speak to his employees-ask them if they enjoy working for such a "professional' company and an employer that communicates....lies.
