This company might be great if you have an issue they can fix in 24-48 hours but if you order something from them it seems they can’t follow through. We ordered a garage screen door on Oct 6, 21 gave a deposit of 878.25 for it. The product was coming from GA USA. Andrews called me the last week of Oct stating my item would be here first week of November and that they’d call to set up install. 2 weeks later nothing so I called them. They didn’t answer. Our garage door spring snapped late on a Friday night. We called Andrews Saturday evening after having another company charge us $70 to tell us doors would take 3 weeks to replace. Andrews Overhead Doors came by to inspect at no charge on a Sunday, gave us multiple options and a great price versus the other company. Very informative, didn't just try to sell us everything. We decided on a new door and spring, etc and it was installed 2 days later, not 3 weeks. The install took approximately 2 hours and the service was great!! Andrews installed my garage door opener yesterday and I could not be happier. This is NOT a job you want to do yourself. The professionally installed opener is installed with great care and precision. And pro touches like how the wires are coiled down near the sensors. And the extras like making sure my door was inspected, safe, and properly lubricated....ps...IT DOESN'T SQUEAK ANYMORE...CAN'T EVEN TELL IT'S OPENING. I wouldn't have known to do that myself.
