I had learned to live with a cloudy window (via always having blinds down). Thanks to Authority my third floor window has been repaired at a very reasonable price.
Their technician even solved a lingering question I had about the state of the wood around the window. It was rotted.
Three different window vendors could not solve this dilemma, despite the keen ability to provide options that ranged in the low thousands to repair.
Thank goodness for the honest and quality work provided by the Authority Windows team.
