My parents were customers of Tony since the start of his business. When my father was alive there never any issues. He would even come in and talk to my chair bound father. Things changed after he passed. The policies were changed to favor the company rather than the customer. For weeks last year he did not mow her backyard. He mowed once in the month yet charged her for 4. The biggest issue we had was when one of his workers entered her backyard and urinated in her garden. This was done in full view of my 79 year old mother. We were never given any compassion or compensation over this issue. His

Horrible job. Had to cancel after one cut. Grass clippings were left on the back patio, all over the siding, and fence. Not to mention, they left for the day after only cutting half my yard. Would not recommend.
UPDATE - The company left and said that they didn't know that the grass in front of my house was part of my property. Don't blame the height of the grass on your poor quality work.

I live in Willow Ridge and everyone in our community knows Tony-the owner of the company. He does work all around but I know he does a lot right in our own neighborhood. His trucks are everywhere. I can’t get out of my neighborhood without seeing him or his crew-who always give me a friendly wave. He has done great work for us putting up a slate wall out in our front landscaping, full rip-out, planting bushes, grass cutting at times, and snow plowing. He’s so friendly. We have some elderly people in the neighborhood. Tony has gone out of his way to help. My neighbor fell and the family called

I totally recommend Willow Ridge Landscaping. We needed a total front lawn make-over after a sewer line repair, including clay removal, new topsoil, flattening, and sod. We got estimates from several landscapers, and Willow Ridge's price was fair and competitive. The owner was easy to reach and responsive to questions and needs. He and his lawn foreman are friendly and cooperative. They overcame some difficult obstacles and completed their work very well.

Just moved in to a new home and my front needed some curb appeal. Called up Willow Ridge Landscaping, Tony (the owner of the company) came the next day for an appraisal. I told Tony, he had free reign over the whole design of my garden bed. Scheduled me for the next week. All the shrubs he picked out are deciduous meaning they will lose leafs and flowers come fall and winter. In the spring the plants will push out new growth to regain the plant's integrity. I have had four snowplowing services off and on since 2002. Willow Ridge Snowplowing is by far the best. They are reliable, plow the driveway AND the sidewalk right to the ground. I have never had to call and ask when they are coming like I've had to do with other services. I have never gotten stuck in my driveway. I am ridiculously pleased with their service.
