We had a real nasty laundry valve situation. Not an emergency, but they sent a plumber out first thing the next morning anyway. Francis went above and beyond to get us back on track. They have a place high up on our *uh-oh* call sheet. I definitely recommend this company.

Made plumbing upgrades to older plumbing during renovations. Here is my experience —
Did not clean out pipe that HVAC air handler drains into and caused water to overflow on new drywall and carpet.
Asked to turn water heater back on, did not advise until the following Monday that the gas had been cutoff which caused scramble to get system tested and inspected before move in.
Rolled the hot and cold connections to a laundry sink.
Did not remove knockout in garbage disposal for connection of dishwasher drain. Flooded a new kitchen.
Connected hot water to an outside faucet.

Contacted owner, Shea Catteruccia, to come fix the busted pipe. He sent in a guy who spent maybe 1.5 - 2 hours working on the Pipes under the house, but mostly spent his time going back and forth to the warehouse to get parts, some he had broken himself while under there. He also left trash in our driveway, and failed to put our access panel back in our wall, leaving a mess of drywall in our house. To my surprise we were charged $400 that visit. I contacted Shea to let him know that we would pay the agreed upon $100/hour for the 2 hours of service and for the part that was broken before his employee
