Recently Bought a house that had been remodeled. Plants unlimited did the landscaping. Problem was they carelessly buried the A/C drain lines while they were laying mulch along the perimeter of the house. This caused both my brand new A/C units to fail. (expensive and inconvenient in the summer) When I brought this to the attention of Ross Williams he was dismissive and rude. I found his attitude to be unprofessional.
This was the second unpleasant conversation I'd had with him. The first was regarding the "winter grass" he had planted in the front yard. I am the proud owner of the WORST looking
