I have assembled a collection that reflects my current work, but is only a sample of projects I have designed and built. I hope you can get an impression of my design sensibility and craftsmanship, although the feel of a piece is something that is very hard to convey in a photograph. David Kellum has made two large pieces for me, a dinning table and a six foot TV/Media console. They are lovely pieces and I love them both. When someone new comes over to my house the pieces are some of the first things they notice and comment about. David id easy to work with and really knows his wood and he designs lovely pieces. He is who I'd contact if I needed another piece of wood furniture.

We have David Kellum’s pieces pretty much throughout our house. He worked with me recently on converting my Sprinter van. He built the drawers for the galley and cut, shaped, and helped install the panels. It was hard work that demanded not only skill and craftsmanship, but creative problem solving. The result, as the pictures show, was amazing.

David is a true artist. We had him make us a wonderful sofa table and it came out so beautifully. We loved it so much, we had him design and build a dining room side table. It is a work of art. David listens and asks questions about what we want and how we are going to use the piece. He came over with a cardboard model of the piece to see how it looked in the space. He was great to work with and we got to go to his studio and select the wood pieces that we wanted him to use in our pieces. A great guy and a very talented woodworker. Highly recommend him!

David has a terrific and well developed aesthetic. The entry to our home leads to a stunning view of Admiralty Inlet and we wanted a table that would make a statement and capture our sense of home. David spent time and listened to us, interpreting our interests and creating an amazingly beautiful entry table. Subsequently, we had him design a set of nesting tables and we were again wowed by his artistry and authentic way of leaning in to learn our expectations. Equally as important as his professional artistry are his warmth, genuine kindness and humanity.
