We had a leak in our main water line and had to shut the water off to our home. It was Veteran's Day and I wasn't sure I would be able to get a plumber to come out on a holiday. I contacted a few plumbing companies and Gary from Rayco Plumbing came to take a look at the issue and give us an estimate that day for no charge (after normal business hours on a holiday).
Gary was professional and friendly. He explained what would be involved in replacing the pipe. The leak was coming from the connection point on the main line (see circled area in photo). To make things just a bit more complicated

I had a leak where I had to turn off the water to the whole house on a Friday morning. I called 3 plumbers the 1st one I talked too said the earliest they could come out until Monday. Rayco was the 2nd and they returned my call shortly. I talked to the Owner Gary who said all his workers were on big projects and normally did smaller calls in the afternoon. However since I told him the problem he said he could come out and do it on the way to the project. He was at my place in 45 minutes and repaired the leak. A few months ago, my parents home needed an emergency sewer drain clean out. Gary and his crew were able to assist immediately and get the job done efficiently- we were so thankful!!!! He also took the time to explain the problem and what the repair process would be, and answered all my questions.
We used them a second time for other plumbing needs- and again, we had great service. All of them- Gary, Brandon & Cyrus are personable and easy to communicate with. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Rayco Plumbing for doing a great job finding a water leak in my yard. Gary came to check and in 15 minutes he figured the water most likely was coming from my neighbors house, after talking with my neighbor, she said they were having problems with lack of hot water, Gary was right. This outcome saved me sleepless nights and unnecessary worries.
So relieved..Gary was easy to work with, I would definitely call Rayco again!

We had a water leak in the main line before the main valve that was leaking at the rate of .5 gal/min. I could see the $$ going down the drain! Gary was very responsive. Gary and Brandon came out and worked in the rain and mud to complete the work. Their repair was better than the original installation and they did a perfect job of cleaning up after the they were done. Now all I need to do is replace my landscaping once it all dries out. Gary and Brandon definitely exceeded my expectations! Mahalo!

Rayco was able to squeeze us in today, we had a leak under our kitchen sink. Cyrus showed up after contacting me a couple of times on the phone to give me approximate arrival times. Cyrus was extremely courteous and professional, he fixed our issue very quickly and we will be sending all of our plumbing business to Rayco from this point forward. We have used Rayco Plumbing twice now for issues at the parents house. In both cases, when I called to make an appointment, Gary called me back within minutes and was super nice about diagnosing the issues over the phone with me and then scheduling someone to come out at a convenient time.

I noticed a leak in my front yard. I called a couple Plumbing companies, where Gary (Owner) was the first out of them all to call back. He made it a priority to make it out to my home to give me an estimate the same day (even tho it was a Friday, he made it a point to fit me in before he ended his day). UPDATE 2/18/2019: Gary tried to bully me - HA! He asked me to call him through Yelp. He first tried to convince me that we did not have all the facts, and even claimed that they went back several times at no cost, when they only went back once and flushed a few buckets of water down and disappeared.

I was referred to Rayco Plumbing by Hirayama Plumbing (another 5-star plumber IMO) because Rayco deals with sewers. My sewer backed up my toilet and my shower drain at 11PM the night before water seeping from behind the toilet, towels laid out everywhere to keep the damage to a minimum; just so very exhausting and stressful.

I'm glad several other folks have posted positive reviews for this service, but it is definitely not what I experienced. From my initial call, it took over one week to get a scheduled appointment. The person I was working with was Gary. I was asked to provide my information by email, which I did, but Gary claimed to have never received it. So, after a week had passed and I called them again, I texted my information directly to Gary. We finally agreed to an appointment.

I needed a broken shower valve changed inside the wall of my shower and also the fixtures replaced with new ones that I had purchased. I called a couple of other plumbing companies and was given an over the phone quote for the job which they said would require cutting a hole in the kitchen drywall behind the bathroom shower. They said it was the only way they could get to the shower valve and replace it with a new one.
Thank goodness I called Rayco Plumbing and spoke to Richard. He said that they could cut into the kitchen wall but that their plumber might be able to do the job from the tub
