Mom's plumbing was old and deteriorating. 535 Plumbing came in and did a super job installing a new water heater and repiping her home. She is extremely happy with the increased water pressure, super hot water, and clean and clear water.

Called 535 for a leaky toilet and a dripping shower faucet. Scheduled at 9am. Puni, the service technician came in at 9am. ON TIME! Awesome!
Not only did Puni do a great job fixing the problems but he is just a nice and pleasant guy. Top notch customer service, punctual, hardworking technicIan and fair pricing. I really cannot ask for more.

It took me awhile to do this review of the water line installation for my newly purchased refrigerator. Called them after seeing their TV commercial one evening
They didn't do a site inspection but ask me to send pictures instead for the scope of the work needed. Original plan was to run the line from the sink water line to the opposite wall, through the cabinets and behind the range. Owner said going behind the range was usual but I had my doubts because it is a drop in range and not a slide in. Fortunately when the two plumbers came the next day, We came up with an alternative that worked

The measure of a business is how they react when something goes wrong. And if it does with 535 Plumbing do NOT expect courtesy, professionalism, or least of all, satisfaction. So if you use them, pray everything goes right or they will fall back on quoting their policies and tell you why they can't fix the issue. I experienced this firsthand. Be smart and choose another plumber, one who behaves professionally.

I had an emergency plumbing situation in a condominium building where my plumbing was leaking into the unit below. 535 Plumbing responded with over the top service. 535 Plumbing assisted us to unclog a disaster at our family home in Kailua. They used a camera system to investigate the issue from the toilet line all the way to the street. Dalen was very thorough and explained the issue from start to finish. We were able to resolve a major issue early one which saved us thousands. Thank god for 535 Plumbing!

This is the third time we had 535 Plumbing complete work for us. This review is long overdue.
It is easy to get an estimate. Submit pictures on line and they will send you an estimate. Once you agree with the estimate, they will email or call you to schedule the appointment.
Pricing is fair.
They were able to come out the next day after I made my inquiry this time. In the past, they were able to come out on the same day. Depends on what kind of work needs to be completed.
They will call you when they are near to let you know they are on their way. They do excellent work. Clean up all rubbish

Had to change out a rusted toilet ring and take out an existing sink and replace with a new fixture. They were responsive to request (they ask for pics so they can provide a quote via electronic communication). I was able to schedule an appointment the following day and the work was completed. Highly recommend.

We had to find a plumber urgently because our waste water sump pump alarm was screaming at us.
My wife searched on Yelp and found that 535 Plumbing had good reviews. She called and within 2 hours we had two very polite and professional plumbers at our door, Dalen & Ali.
What happened over the next 4 hrs was not particularly pleasant. Dalen was hanging upside down for much of that time with his head well down the manhole. He had to vacuum out, then dismantle everything so he could lift out the pump. When he cleaned and freed the impeller he then had to reassemble everything again hanging

I guess I won't get a call back after inquiring if this company will be able to change a cartridge on a grohe shower valve. Called Friday 4/9 spoke with either answering service or office personnel.
Couldn't answer my question left my number they said someone will call me.

My day started off badly with my mom breaking the hose bib off the pipe. It had been rusted through and was gushing water all over the front yard. After turning off the main water valve, I turned to yelp to find a plumber that could come out to fix it today.
I ended up calling 535 Plumbing based on their great reviews and having contacted them earlier for another job, but didn't end up using them the first time.

Excellent service. Both over the phone and on day of repair. Needed minor replacements and repair on two of our toilets...on Easter Sunday no less!!! They were quick, friendly, and professional from appointment scheduling to installation and answering of my many questions. $572.19 with a military discount. They also offer senior citizen discount. That was for 2 toilet flush assembly replacements and a new angle valve. A little pricey, but I didn't have to do it, so it's worth the price to me.

Mixed review as I feel the experience could have been better...As a recent first time homeowner, it was my first time having to deal with my bathroom sink leaking. The tail pipe was leaking every time I used the sink until finally I noticed a puddle forming in the cabinet. It got worse over the Christmas weekend. I went onto Yelp and noticed that 535 Plumbing had excellent reviews, so I took a chance and called them on a Sunday and was surprised and grateful that they answered and could send a technician to fix it. I called these guys on a Saturday morning and they were at my place by 10am. Polite and professional, they were using masks and were good communicators, showed me exactly what needed to be done and got me a quote and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything was fixed by lunchtime and i was completely assured that it was done right. i'll call them again.
