Commercial Plumbing is certified by the City & County of Honolulu to perform backflow testing. We currently have four (4) certified backflow preventer testers.
Our recurring clients are Outrigger Hotels, Sheraton Hotel, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Watumull Properties, Colliers International Real Estate Management Services, Alexander & Baldwin Property Management, Avalon Development Corporation, US Renal Care and various private physicians' offices.Our jetters utilize high pressure water to clean and remove debris from sewer and drain lines.

They was supposed to be at a scheduled place at 7am in the morning 2 hrs later after many calls and text to after hour tech name lane finally answered phone call and told that he can't make it out. No phone calls was made or attempted to make a call back from lane. He could not even text back why he couldn't make it out. Very bad customer service. They even charging for checking out parts that needed. Crazy they shouldn't even charge for that.

I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that?
