FRAME2FINISH is a locally owned and operated general contracting company specializing in upscale residential and commercial building projects. We tackle everything including residential remodeling, new builds, commercial office/retail tenant improvements, and restaurants. Our years of experience in the construction industry have allowed us to cultivate strong relationships with local designers, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors.

Design Build is a system where the design and construction aspects are managed by one team, overlapping the design phase and the construction phase of a project. Design Build focuses on combining the design, costing, permitting and construction schedules in order to streamline the traditional Design-Bid-Build process.
We have worked with Frame2Finish on several projects, large and small, over the last few years and each time the experience was great. They listened to what our needs were, made sure they understood the full scope, took the time to quote jobs correctly and always explained options and alternatives going in.

During the course of the last 50 years, I have worked with dozens of contractors doing a variety of projects ranging from teardowns to re-modeling kitchens and bathrooms. I have never used the same contractor twice nor have I ever recommended one ---- until now.

Don't remodel unless you have Frame2Finish make it happen. I am using F2F for a second time because they are amazing craftsmen. F2F is a professional operation; from the initial encounter with Brett Harwin, the owner, through to the last finishing touch applied.
The crew and the subcontractors ( Oliver Electrical, plumbing, stone) are meticulous. We all hear horror stories about remodels gone bad. I've always been nervous to hire someone for ANY work around my house. Usually they show up late or not at all, or worse, do a bad job that someone else needs to come and fix.
I'm SO happy I reached out to Brett and Frame 2 Finish for some work around my condo in Brentwood. Not only did they arrive on time, cleaned up every area they worked on, were careful with moving pieces around my house but they are VERY detail oriented. Great contractor - have used them for 2 separate remodeling jobs and also an addition on my home. Excellent quality workers and workmanship, very courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. Brett Harwin and Frame2Finish did an outstanding job of remodeling my kitchen: new floor, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and raised ceiling. He made several design suggestions that turned out very well and I now have a beautiful and functional kitchen. The quality of the work couldn't be better, especially the custom made cabinets, and he kept to his promised price which was reasonable. He even did a few extras without extra charge. Brett, Neyra and the whole team at Frame2Finish did a fantastic job on my mom's new condo. Everything that was done had to be done from afar. My mom lives in Philadelphia and I live in Seattle but coordinating with Frame2Finish was a breeze. They are very honest, reliable, and explain everything upfront from billing to final cleaning to all the details in between. They were also very patient with the draconian bylaws the condo association asked them to abide by. In only a few months my mom's condo was completely renovated into a beautiful space that shows off its light and views.

Run away fast! You'd be better off having your child's home room class work on your house.
Bret and his company Frame2Finish were contracted to renovate the first floor of our two story home and a year later we're still trying to mitigate the damage he caused.
His workers and subcontractors, with the exception of his electrician, were of the lowest quality and skill. He was constantly trying to cut corners, gave poor advice and as a General Contractor he is totally lacking in any project planning or management skills.

Neyra, was always available and always checking in and making sure the projects going on were being done correctly and to the best of the experts abilities. Brett, came over a few times to check on things as well. Both Neyra and Brett were great to work with and really cared that everything was done right. If there was even the smallest correction, they would have it re done and fixed properly.

After working at F45 Training Venice, I saw the incredible work that Brett and his staff did. So once the opportunity to open my own training centre arose of course I was going to use them. They were recommended so highly. Unfortunately due to costs of the job Brett provided me the opportunity to use a contractor directly instead of him subbing the job out and costing me more in the process. He sacrificed making money because he wanted to see my job completed and my business succeed. Brett showed the utmost honesty and integrity by doing so. Frame2Finish just did our F45 Training Center in Venice California. Brett and his staff were amazing! They were fast, did quality work, were super fair with fee's, and no hassles or stress whatsoever! As having built 4 Menchie's Frozen Yogurt shops over the past 6 years as well as remodeled my home and rental home, I can honestly say Brett has exceeded my expectations and is by far the best contractor I've ever worked with! I used Frame2Finish for my gym I leased 5 months ago. They redid everything, and saved me a ton of money by using a wood file cabinet that was already in the space as a standing desk by the front door and a desk for my office. They laid down my gym flooring, built my custom desks, put a 1 way mirror in my office, redid the entire bathroom (flooring, toilet, installed a new sink, etc), and a million other things I can't remember. They are super friendly and super fun. I was there most of them time when they were working and we had a blast. Oh, did I mention they got the job done 3 days earlier

Frame 2 Finish came highly recommended by my broker. We had them change the location of the front door, install new windows, repaint, re-finish floors, and put in drywall in a garage, when we moved into our house.
It was a modest size job. Having been in the business before I was so surprised that they finished the job on time, with their guys showing up to work conscientiously everyday. The quality of the work was high and they like to be known for cleaning up the job site well. We are very happy with the results. We had to make some small change orders and they were very reasonable about them

F2F was recommended to me by my brother who had used them for some relatively smaller projects, and I was looking to re-do some elements of a recent home purchase - new floors, painting done right, exterior painting, new kitchen cabinets, new roof, and an overall professional look around about what was needed as opposed to "must have" based on the inspection report. I had very tight deadlines of about a month to finish the work before I was moving out of my old house with my dog into my new house, so there was no where else to go. We are very happy with the lasting quality of Frame2Finish! We gutted the majority of our upstairs (we were even able to live downstairs during the 4 month project thanks to their noninvasive work and crew!) and feel the work was excellent and done in a timely manner.
