I ordered new windows for my house back in July, and got them installed last month. I used Quality Craftsmen to facilitate this process- they use a manufacturer in Orlando and subcontract out the install itself. I had a number of issues during the planning process in regards to communication and expectations. I sent them a letter explaining everything that I felt needed to be addressed, and the general manager was kind enough to review my feedback and approve a significant discount off my bill. He said multiple times how much he appreciated that I took the time to clearly and calmly explain each

Linus and his team were great and were very professional. They guided us through the process and made recommendations for materials and layout. When I asked for a second showerhead it wasn't a song and dance it was a sure we can get that done. These guys are super professional, have excellent communication and we will definitely use them in the future!

Quality Craftsmen did a bathroom remodel for us and we would definitely use them again. Keller set us up and helped us out with products They were able to be here quickly, no issues with install, and made sure we were happy with the final product. Matt was very courteous, knowledgeable and kept us updated every step of the way. Looks better than we expected. Looking forward to being able to do our next renovation.

I had my bathroom remodeled from a small shower and separate tub to full shower. The process from beginning to end was very professional, courteous and ahead of time. Linus was the initial sales contact person who took his time explaining all the options available to both my wife and me. We had explained what we were looking for and he designed what we wanted. He took dimensions of the bathroom and put together a plan. This was followed up by John who is the project manager for this project. He came to the house and reviewed the plan with us. From the first meeting with Linus to Andrews for Demo and Roger on the install and our fabulous project manager John, this was a great experience and a HUGE improvement!!! From start to finish everyone I talked to/met was very helpful and great to work with. I needed to update my shower as it was dated with mold issues and water damage. I am very pleased with the material and color selection as it really brightens up my bathroom giving it a whole new feel! We went ahead and added grab bars that they properly secured to make sure they would stay intact. I’m most excited about not having to clean my shower all the time or worry that the mold will come back! Thank you for doing a great job and answering all my questions along the way!
