We grew up in Forest Park, GA, where we met in high school and became sweethearts. After graduating from college, we married in 1982 and have 4 amazing, home-schooled children. In summary, EXCELLENT. From start to finish, I felt like I was old friends on the family. They were always there to answer questions and the work quality was above and beyond. It is hard to make the decision to put insulation in a home (Bult in 1984) because it is an investment that no one will see. Bob, Bo, and Chris just completed my home this past week, I can immediately tell a difference, there are more consistent temperatures in my entire home (including Bonus Room above garage) and I am running my heating about 4 degrees lower than before. My experience with this company was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a home service company. I try to do most things myself because it seems like every company out there has poor communication, bad attitudes, poor clean up...the list goes on and on. As a homeowner, you are paying for a service and it should be well communicated and agreed on by both parties. After that, all the company has to do is deliver. Bird Family Insulation delivered. They removed the old insulation from my house on one day, and came back the next day to spray foam the entire attic. I waited six months

We probably talked to 5 different insulation companies, and made the easy decision to go with Bird. From start to finish, everyone you interact with are genuinely good people and the guys really take pride in their work. We had some old house challenges, and they tackled it all with no problem. Even got us set up for the ga power rebates because they did such a good job sealing everything. Can't recommend them enough!

I had the "Attic Makeover" where all the old insulation was removed, the attic was sealed, disinfected, and R50 insulation installed. Bob Bird came out and crawled through my difficult to get in attic. We discussed all my concerns and then he came up with a detailed quote. Later his sons came out and performed the work. Their work was very conscientious and of high quality. They finished it all in 2 days. I have no reservations at all in recommending them to anyone.

This is just the epitome of good, high-end, local-family-owned business. Amongst so many terrible experiences with contractors of all kinds, there are a couple of "diamonds in the rough", this is one of them. Bob and his sons completely replaced the insulation in our attic. The communication/paperwork was thorough and professional leading up to it, and the work experience was even better. Truly kind and honest people that do great work!

I was very pleased with Bird Insulation. They did an outstanding job and left no mess. Our attic now has so much more usable storage area and our house feels noticeably cooler. I felt very comfortable with everyone who came to my home from Bob Bird, who explained the options and process, to the rest of the "family" who came in to perform the removal, build up installation of the floor area, and the insulation install. I cannot say enough good things. They felt like family to me.

I had a truly great experience working with Bird Insulation! They are a family business, and it's evident they all take pride in their work. From the moment I initially called to inquire about their services, I was impressed. Bob Bird came out and discussed his recommendations on adding additional insulation to my 40 year old attic. This included the actual insulation, as well as some other items he thought would better insulate the upstairs level in my home. If I could give these guys a 10 star rating I would! Jacob came out and inspected my house and did a very thorough job. He gave me all the details and answered every question i had. Jacob was very friendly and professional and even played with my dogs.
Savannah and Courtney helped me over the phone schedule my appointment and arrange payment and they were super friendly.
When the crew came out they were just as great. Beau and his crew were on time and turned a 2 day job into a 1 day job. They treated my home as if it were their home. They played with my dogs as well, which of course warms

So happy I chose Bird Family Insulation to do a full foam encapsulation on my attic. On the first visit Brian spend so much time with me to go over all my issues and questions I was having with my Attic that I felt completely informed after. I decided to do the full foam option and I am so happy I did. The two folks that sprayed my foam Nate and Rodney where awesome. Very professional and stand up guys. In fact, every person that worked on my job was great. I would hire every one of them if I had my own business!

Great experience start to finish. The sales appointment was easy. The estimator came out and talked through my existing insulation and what the climate demanded. We needed a fair amount of additional insulation in the attic. He provided a price and explained all of the work involved. Scheduling was easy and I was even able to bump up my appointment a few days earlier with a follow up call when my personal schedule changed. The crew showed up on time to do the work and had it done in a few hours. They were very careful to not scuff the floor or walls. They left the place spic and span.
