At Ganek Architects, Inc., great design is our passion. We take tremendous pride in our ability to combine project requirements with creative imagination that result in successful projects. It is our intent to always design functional, inviting and beautiful spaces that inspire each and every person that enters them.

We believe strongly that real world practicality and thoughtful innovation go hand in hand. Our vision is matched only by our clients' aspirations. Great design - it is what we bring to our projects and present to our clients every day. Barry Ganek, AIA LEED AP and GAI have been successfully providing the same high level of design and service on projects of all sizes and types for over 25 years.

Working with corporate, private developers, educational, residential, health care and private institutional clients, the GAI team continues to solve the challenges of master plans, feasibility studies, renovations, additions, adaptive reuse and new construction projects. We are currently licensed in over a dozen states, including New England and Atlantic Coast regions, Illinois, Georgia and Florida.
Services
The Lofts at Perkins Park serve as an anchor for an emerging neighborhood within a major urban revival. With over 200,000 sf on five levels, this circa 1876-1909 building complex has been renovated into 183 loft style residences. Originally powered via the man made canal over which the mills are built, the challenging renovations were designed to meet state and federal historic preservation tax credit requirements.
The renovation and expansion of this 30,500 SF, thirty year old Cadillac dealership, was a Design/Build effort done in concert with Seaman Bratko Corporation of Holliston, MA. Utilizing General Motors' design criteria, the existing facility received a new showroom, sales offices, a customer lounge, and Cadillac's showpiece Arts & Sciences Center.
Distrigas of Massachusetts is a division of Belgium based GDF Suez Gas NA. Located at the Everett Marine Terminal, Distrigas operates the longest servicing LNG import and re-gasification facility in the United States. GAI was asked to design a 6500 SF Visitors' Center to accommodate tour groups of company officials as well as local and foreign dignitaries.
Over fifty years ago KI's classic 1920's sanctuary was remodeled in a 1960's aesthetic. GAI was asked to provide design services for the restoration of the original design including beautiful book matched paneling and sculpted Aron Kodesh. Lazarus House Ministries helps support its shelter facilities for the homeless with its thrift stores.
