I called this plumber bc of the good reviews. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and needed it repaired asap. They schedule me immediately. Reggie "the owner" said his guy would be there between 2-3pm which turn into 4:30pm left the property after I had waited an hour and a half past the appointment time which no one else I know would've done. I have patience! Finally I got a call letting me know the "tech" is 15 mins out. I was 10 mins late to get back to my property cause of 5 o'clock traffic on hwy 78 and he was already gone and Reggie the plumber wouldn't answer my call. Do yourself a favor

Y'all, if you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and call Reggie the Plumber. We have been using them for any and all plumbing issues that have come up in our older house since buying it five years ago, and we are always impressed with the service we receive. They are always friendly when you call to set up an appointment, and have always been punctual and really easy to work with. They will fix what needs to be fixed, and not try to sell you on services you don't need. They are amazing!
