I use True Blue on a semi-annual service contract for all of my rental properties and they have been fantastic. Pricing is more than fair and quality of work is top notch. More than anything, you can actually trust what they will tell you which has been the biggest challengted I've faced over the past 10+ years working with other AC companies. This fact alone will save you a lot of money when you an trust your AC service company.

Not terribly impressed. I called and made an appointment to have our inside AC unit checked. The guy came out, asked a couple questions, went into the attic to check it out. He called their tech support almost immediately upon looking at it, and told me he had never seen anything like this before (our blower motor was out -- isn't that a pretty standard problem with HVAC??) He told me I might get away with replacing the blower motor, but he would replace the main motor (using his terminology) if it was his choice. My house and HVAC is only 6 years old. If I did that, wouldn't I still have to replace

I called True Blue because they installed the AC for the previous owner and I wanted them to figure out why it wasn't working. They had a tech out within an hour and he had it diagnosed and fixed within another hour. Great service and reasonably priced. I'm very pleased!

True Blue absolutely ROCKS in my opinion. We called them because our neighbors have used them and we had an emergent situation. They came out within an hour located the issue and began trying to solve it. The tech had to leave and came back when he said he would. Poor guy spent two plus hours in our hot attic trying to free the affected part. A new part was located and brought out and installed the next day. They went clear to Ft Worth for it!
This company went way above and beyond to resolve our AC issue and we are forever grateful.
They now have a customer for life!
