We hired Chris gatlin to do all the electrical work on our new dog grooming salon. "TEMPLE OF THE DOG GROOMING SALON " chris came out and gave us a competitive bid. But most importantly he showed up on time when he said he would. This was a brand new build. Chris passed all inspections the first time. Which was a big deal to us because we needed to be open for business asap. I own a small construction business and it's hard to confidently refer out other trades. I will continue to refer gatlin for all hvac and electrical work. They have exceede all my expectations.

Avoid this company at all costs! I had them replace my HVAC system in November 2020. Not only were there NUMEROUS issues with the installation, but they did not set up an inspection with the city as they are required to do. Unfortunately, I did not know this, and it wasn’t until I had my water heater replaced in July that I was told this was supposed to be done. Also, according to two guys that I had quote me for the water heater, their poor installation may have had a direct hand in damaging my water heater. We tried to call the owner, and left messages numerous times, but he never called us

Our AC went out thanks to a freak accident. Reached out to Gatlin and had a tech here within an hour. We had to wait for a few days while the part came in but once it did Manny installed it quickly. Super friendly, professional and helpful with all our questions. He also cleaned off vines from the unit outside without being asked and would have washed it if our hose was long enough.
Awesome experience. Pricing was fair and we have every reason to call them when something happens in the future.

Our AC finally died after 26 yrs. We called at 6pm and they were out and working by 9am the next morning. They took all the time we needed to explain everything and answer any questions. They corrected some very old somewhat shoddy work done by the original builder. We absolutely loved the professional way they acted and worked. They cleaned up completely when they were done. We could not be happier.
