I've worked with Andrea of 329 Design several times. I've recommended her without reservation and will continue to hire her for future projects. The project budgets and time lines were reasonable and accurate. Our projects included: a complete bathroom gut to studs and remodel, the removal of a room dividing fireplace and wall, the complete resurfacing or my downstairs, hardwood floor patching, custom cabinetry, wallpaper, etc.

Andrea did some design work for me. At a minimum she was to prepare preliminary and final construction drawings for a remodel project I was working on. Initially, she was helpful. I appreciated her experience and advice. However, in the end she took a full month to produce the final construction drawing. I gave her plenty of notice that the drawings were due. She missed the deadline. I waited almost another week, and still no drawings, only excuses. That caused me about a week and a half of delay in getting the city permits. It delayed not just one project but it held up two projects

Andrea was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to our needs and did a great job coordinating and directing the folks who came in to do the renovation. The work was completed with no major issues and in a much faster timeline than anticipated. They are also very competitive when it comes to pricing. I would definitely hire Andrea and 329 Design again for any home remodeling projects.
